Who we are
The people behind Blayson
Blayson is run by two Las Vegas construction veterans who got tired of watching jobsites burn money on protection that didn't protect.
One is a construction veteran with 20+ years in the trade — a former construction project manager who ran masonry and stone packages on major Las Vegas resort jobs before starting her own construction cleaning company in 2013. She's the one who sees every jobsite after the crews leave — and knows exactly what "protected" is supposed to look like.
The other is her partner, a general contractor and owner's representative with more than a decade in the trade, who's run jobs from first shovel to final walkthrough, including a major Las Vegas golf entertainment complex, start to finish. He's written the checks for drywall dust, busted schedules, and floors that had to be redone — and decided there had to be a better way to protect a jobsite.
Together, they are building Blayson to be the supplier they always wished existed: real products, real lead times, and someone on the other end of the phone who's actually been on the jobsite.
